Order Changes and Cancellations of order:

  • OCPL is unable to cancel or change orders already in process/ordered, en route or delivered. We are unable to cancel any order unless informed 6 hours (domestic) ahead.
  • If, for any reason, the ORDER has been cancelled by OCPL or any other reason, the entire amount debited from your card account will be credited back to your card account within 7 to 10 working days.
  • OCPL offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.

Problems with an order:

We make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. Please note: we are unable to entertain any complaint for perishable products like cake etc.
