Refund Policy

  1. OCPL (Parent company of The French Loaf) will be unable to refund canceled or changed orders already in process, ordered, en route or delivered. We are unable to cancel any order unless informed 24 hours (domestic) prior to the delivery time slot. 
  2. If for any reason, the order has been canceled by OCPL, the bill amount will be credited to customer’s bank/card account within 7 to 10 working days.
  3. No refund will be made in the case of cancellation due to failed delivery. Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing a delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will not be made and the order will be considered as canceled. 
  4. The refunds are initiated only once OCPL receives cancellation details from the customer via email.
  5. OCPL offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refund reaching the customer’s card/bank account.
